WinBiz, Inc. was founded 25 years ago by Daniel Wells, CEO and Chief Software Architect/Engineer. The company was first incorporated in April 1995 as Business Software Solutions, Inc., and then relocated to California and re-incorporated as WinBiz, Inc. in February 2000.

Remaining at the cutting edge of technology is our goal. We have provided solutions and assistance to some of the biggest names in several industries ranging from IT to finance to telecommunications. These names include Microsoft, NASDAQ, AT&T, Sprint, the U.S. Military, and several federal government agencies. However, we have not lost sight of our roots, and continue to provide superior custom solutions to small and medium-sized businesses as well as large corporations in a wide variety of industries from health care to physics laboratories to online tax preparation to local youth sports and community organizations.
